What would you like to spend your time doing throughout the day? Answering this will give you a good place to start, and help you make moves into the right career next time.
We’re not saying that you have to have your whole career path figured out, but at least move into something better suited for you.
How Can You Get There?
If you know what you want to do career wise, you need to start working out how you can get there. What steps can you take to get from where you are now, to where you want to be? For example, if you want to be a hvac technician, then you need to have the correct hvac schooling to ensure that you have the knowledge and understanding to complete the job.
Come up with a list of steps that you can take to get to where you want to be, and then start working your way through them. This is the best option, so make sure you get that sorted.
