A Holistic Coaching Approach.

Most people spend 40+ hours a week working:

How to find the right coach

1

What are you looking for?

Booking introductory calls helps you determine if a coach is right for you.

Find someone you get and that gets you. This is the foundation of a coaching partnership.

2

Picking a coach.

A coach offers services to address your personal needs and preferences.

Make sure these services align with what you need and what you want from coaching.

3

After picking a coach.

You receive an agreement to clearly set expectations of the coaching relationship.

Your coach should explain their ethics and presence in holding a supportive partnership.

FAQs

What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

I’m new to coaching, are your rates competitive?

You’ve probably noticed many coaches don’t list prices on their site. I do. I want to be as transparent as possible so you fully understand what working with me looks like and how much it costs.

Can you hire folks to write your resume for $5? Absolutely. That’s not what I do. I’m a coach and I give you the tools and support you need to be the builder of your own success.

Will I help you write a resume? Of course! But coaching is about two people entering into a partnership where they both show up, committed to every single session. And I can promise you, I will show up and be your partner every. single. session.

How does coaching differ from counseling?

Simply put, therapists focus on “why” certain behavioral patterns occur and coaches work on “how” to work toward a goal. Counseling often focus on the past whereas coaching focuses on the future.

What type of clients do you work with?

I work with clients from across the career journey spectrum. From entry level young professionals to mid-career job changers and top level execs, wherever you are in your journey, you can be coached.

I also work with freelancers, businesses and other coaches to offer robust career and business coaching.

Is coaching the same as a job placement agency?

No, career coaching is not the same as a job placement agency. Coaching seeks to inspire clients to create their own success, while job placement agencies assess your skills and background and simply put your candidacy forward to clients they serve.

What is your commitment to diversity and inclusion?

As a woman and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know how important it is to authentically feel seen and heard by those around me. This is especially true in a coaching relationship. I’m genuinely excited to work with diverse folks from all walks of life and be an advocate for all underrepresented communities.
